We believe in the system because we use it with every client. If you commit to the program and follow our plan but don’t see an improvement in your Health Score, we’ll provide a full refund – no questions asked.

How much time will I need to commit each week?
Beyond your 2-3 training sessions (45-60 minutes each), we recommend 1-2 additional short home workouts (20-30 minutes). Total weekly commitment: 3-5 hours.
What if I travel frequently?
We design your program with travel adaptations built-in. Many of our clients travel 1-2 weeks per month and still achieve remarkable results.
Is nutrition coaching included?
Your program includes nutritional guidelines tailored to your goals. For comprehensive nutrition coaching, we offer an optional upgrade.
How soon will I see results?
Most clients report noticeable energy improvements within 7-10 days. Visible body composition changes typically begin at 3-4 weeks, with significant transformation by week 8-12.
